We bring all the basic cleaning supplies. However, if you have specific preferences for products, you can provide them, and we will use them during the clean.

How many hours should I book? (Residential)

Accepted Answer

Most regular house cleans generally take between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the size of your home and the level of cleaning required. To ensure a thorough clean, we require the following minimum booking times:
1 bathroom – 2 hours
2 bathrooms – 3 hours
3+ bathrooms – 4+ hours
One-off and monthly cleans – Minimum 3 hours
These times allow us to include additional tasks such as cleaning fans, skirtings, blinds, and making beds. If you prefer a more basic clean without these extras, we can adjust the time accordingly.

Please note that an ensuite is considered a full bathroom, not a half.

What’s included in a clean and should I leave a list? (Residential)

Our regular house cleaning covers:
 ✔ Vacuuming and mopping all floors
 ✔ Cleaning bathrooms (toilets, showers, baths, and mirrors)
 ✔ Wiping kitchen surfaces, including the microwave and stovetop (ovens not included)
✔ Dusting and mirror cleaning
✔ Dusting ceiling fans

You’re welcome to customise your clean—let us know if you’d like to swap tasks! We can also assist with household duties like dishes, laundry, or tidying. Any extra time may be used for deep-cleaning tasks such as blinds and skirting boards.
