We bring all the basic cleaning supplies. However, if you have specific preferences for products, you can provide them, and we will use them during the clean.

Most regular house cleans generally take between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the size of your home and the level of cleaning required. To ensure a thorough clean, we require the following minimum booking times:

• 1 bathroom – 2 hours

• 2 bathrooms – 3 hours

• 3+ bathrooms – 4+ hours

• One-off and monthly cleans – Minimum 3 hours

These times allow us to include additional tasks such as cleaning fans, skirtings, blinds, and making beds. If you prefer a more basic clean without these extras, we can adjust the time accordingly.

Please note that an ensuite is considered a full bathroom, not a half.
